(**To the Omnians: These auditions will take place in the ballroom. The entire space does not need to be closed off)

I am directing Anne’s White Glove, a play by Alice Notley, which will take place at the OMNI October 25th, on the final evening of “Alette in Oakland” a symposium on the work of Alice Notley.

I am seeking out collaborators in multiple areas, including costume designers, set designers, maskmakers, light artists, puppeteers, sound technicians, musicians, filmmakers, dancers, and actors.

If you would like to be a part of this first major production at the OMNI, and are passionate in one, or more than one, of these domains, I am going to be holding conversations/auditions at the OMNI, August 23rd, from 12-5, to see if our visions intersect and if working together will be a good fit.

(Auditions, specifically for actors and dancers, will take place the following day, August 24th, from 12-5. If you are interested in either acting or dancing, please specify this in your e-mail and I will respond with pertinent information for the audition.)

Otherwise, please e-mail me samples, links, descriptions of your work, and a time you can meet within the time above allotted. Upon your e-mail, I will send you a pdf of Anne’s White Glove. Please come to the conversation with your vision of the play, encouraging drawings, recordings, etc., so we have a ground to speak from.
