Finance would be on top, but if it was a higher-order financial issue, it would be treated as a general "high-process"

Do we want to urge tenants aggregate into other collectives so they may have decision-making power and get increasingly more involved? Is it a good idea to have different types of groups at the OMNI or shall we all be Member Collectives? Do they Pay Rent; Follow the Basic tenets of Safe Space and Conflict Resolution; and have a 6-month lease? Come to meetings as they are interested? Populate committees?


			* How do we kick out a collective? How do we deal with breach that is about behavior, not finances?
			* What are the values of the OOC that are shared and how does a Member Group align with this?
			* Do we require all member groups to be "COLLECTIVES" and how is that defined?
