=Discussion=
* Yoga / movement / martial arts classes need insurance per lease. Do we put all of these classes on hold until then?
** Does not matter how insurance is procured, but insurance must be procured w/ the following conditions as per the lease:
** GL amt: $1M/incident $2M/total
** OOC & Owner named as Additional Named Insured
** Waiver of Subrogation
** What should we do? Cancel classes until that's figured out? Pick a date?
** Send insurance quote by next Commons meeting(?) -
** Jenny will ask them to come to the next Commons meeting to check in, will take over being insurance nag from David
** Rachel will bring this up to Omni Yoga at next meeting/emailed already about it
* Person who hosted "Being Carried" (yoga?) said no one had talked to them about the cost of the space. They gave a donation but we should make this more explicit.
** Should increase the top end of the sliding scale significantly - Disco Room - $50 - Ballroom - $2500/$3000 - should add a note to the occupy form

* Discussion on ballroom cleanliness (see action item #3)
** Long-term sustainability - paying people who are bottomlining events
** Whole slew of bureaucracy we would have to deal with
** Chain of labor / value - do we pay the commons working group? the toilet paper fairies?
** We shouldn't necessarily keep the deposit, but at the least give a warning the first time - take the deposit after the second time it happens
** $500-1000 deposit for large ragers, $100 for most ballroom events, $100 for Disco Room rental
** Professionalism: Fake it til you make it...
** We should put up clear sign w/ photos of how the room is supposed to look
