*"Stay brown, get down" festival, weekend in July or August (Not remembering the name of the event correctly)-
** 2 women came by to look at the building as a site for their Chicano/Mexican/indigenous punk scene weekend of workshops and music. The are excited about the space and will submit a request once they talk to their collective. Will negotiate offering for use of spaces.
