** David on front door, ventilation, noisefloor of the neighborhood, land use permit application<br />

** Anca and Dusty on ballroom doors<br />
** Matt on electrical - we're 99.9% there<br />
South Wall:<br />
* Replace paneling with drywall<br />
* Must make sure it's really well-attached<br />
Ventilation:<br />
* Bathrooms<br />
** La Commune<br />
** Could do 3 bathrooms with one fan<br />
* Basement Kitchen<br />
* Ask for someone to lead installation<br />
* Sudo / CCL ventilation - integrated ducting - one fan could vent 2 skylights - build a cheap frame around skylight with rolling sunshade cloth would reduce the need<br />
for ventilation (cost effective and simple)<br />
Doors:<br />
* Jenny ordered a door closer, should arrive this week<br />
* Ballroom doors second most important - also need closers<br />
** OPD won't accept old clearance for assembly - definitely a priority<br />
* Panic bars - Dusty and Anca - Laura will cat-herd<br />
* Door set - Jenny will cat-herd and purchase one set<br />
Electrical:<br />
* CCL outlets<br />
* Fan in the basement<br />
* MPM's offset press - 30amps - ask MPM to pay Mike to hook it up (DK sent an email to Kate)<br />
* 3 remaining ballasts in the basement<br />
MSD:<br />
* Hazardous materials list - Jenny will ask Jake and Adam to make a hard copy in a binder for sudo (eg ignitable metal powder)<br />
ADA Bathroom:<br />
* Yar will try to find time to drain the toilet this week<br />
