* south wall romex removed, new wire not installed yet. joe & his son are working on a written plan. switching from MM to MC flexible metallic conduit, after joe checks with inspector (joel ortiz) to make sure<br />
* a few sheets of drywalling on the first floor south wall<br />
* more doors got marked and screwholes glued. ready to screw and hang next time yar has an extra hour<br />
* LC roof fans inspected - pigeons and wasps need to be removed<br />
* got rid of lots of stuff from basement, including red stage. dump runs yesterday, today, tomorrow<br />
* upstairs kitchen bathroom light fixed - needs metal cage<br />
* electrical supplies mostly sorted - still some needed<br />
* Daniel and mary measured and labeled all the old Romex so it can be given or sold to another job, or used by Sudo <br />
WHat went well:<br />
* good number of volunteers, they always had something to do<br />
* organizing tasks in advance helped<br />
* organizers arriving early to get set up<br />
* frame removed from west LC mezzanine staircase<br />

What didn't go well<br />
* yar got there late, jessie couldn't stay<br />
* kerrie was sick<br />
* couldn't tell what basement wall needed to be patched<br />
** rob knows about this, did it partially<br />
** need to patch the water leak on the outside<br />
** also involves getting childrens hospital to repave their parking lot. need contacts from DK<br />
* food never showed up. next time cook with FNB or just use their kitchen<br />

what could we do on sat 22?<br />
* hang doors<br />
* more drywalling, patching holes <br />
* mount mirrors<br />
* retile bathroom<br />
* basement ceiliing tiles<br />
* install 1 paper towel dispenser in stage l bathroom<br />
* buy 3 more paper towel dipsensers and install secret bathroom, upstairs kitchen bathroom, ada bathroom<br />
* fix secret bathroom door<br />
* finish off the pigeons and wasps<br />
* put cage on upstairs kitchen bathroom, or replace bulb with shatter proof bulb<br />
* really need to go over the paper list more<br />
* floor repair<br />

== wheelchair bathroom ==<br />
* Becoming Omni group has requested that we have the wheelchair bathroom ready in time. Probably end of September.<br />

== klaus ==<br />
* laura and yar met with klaus a few weeks ago, forgot to report back<br />
* he recommended we leave doors off the "intersection of doom" for now and pass fire inspection without them, then put new doors further into the ballroom later<br />
* he also made us take down the stage curtail<br />

* Remove hardware from front shattuck doors and install panic bars with normal latching mechanism<br />
