*Electronic Music Production Meeting Group - They've requested doing this through Sudo - Sadie will follow up and suggest they speak to Sudo first to see if this can be a collaboration.
*Private Meeting - This is for a major donor to the Omni. Laura is PP
*Film show: Concerning Violence: Julio is following up with Global Women's Strike to see what support they need.
*Old School Gospel Musical: Sadie is following up with Cheryl from Liberation Ministries to see what support they need.
**Robb is concerned about Liberation Ministries' use of the space (i.e. use of ballroom for musical practice outside of rental hours making it difficult to do building work). Suggestion that we keep a log of feedback on LM, both things that work and things that don't so that we can have a log when we review our tenancy agreement.
*3rd Annual Vegan Macaroni and Cheeze Contest: Julio is PP
*Event details in progress with Dr. Eddie Moore: Sadie reached out a few weeks ago and didn't hear back. Consider it canceled.
*Dance Group: Sadie is going to write back and suggest that this event be re-scheduled when there's more interest/organization. Possibly could go through BAPS
*An Evening with Oakland Jericho: Ben is going to follow up with Steve for more information about this. Ben will PP.
*JVP Bay Area Half Day Strategic Planning Retreat: Robb is following up. Might need to change date; they've requested October 18 which is the same day as Becoming Omni and the Victim/Survivor Healing Circle.
*community gathering: There isn't any info - Sadie is going to follow up and will update.
*Streetopia Book Event: Sadie is going to follow up w/Ian and see if this is happening. Otherwise there is another venue so it might not happen at Omni.
*The Mess Sketch Comedy Show: This is already booked at a different venue. Canceled.
*Persian Tea House: Ben is going to follow up and get more details. Andrew wants to support. Sadie can support also if necessary.
*Honor Sacred Sites: A benefit concern for Ohlone Warriors and Oak Flat: Ben followed up a few weeks ago. Will reach out again and see if this is still happening.
*Variety Show and Craft Fair: Sadie is going to follow up w/Rachel for more information.
*Katabatik Winter Solstice: Sadie is going to follow up about alcohol. Robb will PP if it's still a go.
*Bay Area Soiree: Sadie is going to follow up.
