** laura: think about 3 years from now. what are the specific we're going to take in the next 90 days to move us towards those things we want to see. that gets put on a timeline. people take responsibility for each thing along the timeline. coordination between groups in different areas. then you come together every 90 days, do what matt described. what worked, what didn't, what'd we learn, what's the plan for the next 90 days? one of the issues was not having an iterative reflective process, and this is one of those processes. but totally willing to say have at it, doocracy on whatever timeline you want. if you want more planning we can do that. if you think just doing is awesome that's ok too.
