* Still waiting on Financial Statement - Matt G says the bookkeepers are willing to put in 1 hour / day. This will take several weeks. They're willing to prioritize it if we can pay them.
* Still waiting on Dragon's bio [jenny sent another reminder 10/5 and another 10/16] Thank you Jenny!

** Still need subleases from: MPM (Did they sign it yet?) & FNB (signature, Jenny will acquire)
** Fiscal Sponsorship agreements from: Liberated Lens & Sudo Mesh. LL is meeting tomorrow to discuss. Jenny submitted a delegates proposal for sudo mesh last week but it wasn't discussed.
***Laura: Does fiscal sponsorship require a proposal? Maybe there should be a proposal that is more general, like to agree to criteria for the finance or fundrasing working group to accept fiscal sponsrship arrangements?
** According to the agreement Jesse wrote up, fiscally-sponsored projects need to be approved by the BoD... but it's a draft agreement, we can change it!

** Via Jesse: "The items Jenny describes are what I would need to finish the application and in particular the financial statements. I looked at the draft of the activities and it is going in the right direction. For line 5 I will take that information and provide some suggested language. I will also suggest some revisions of what you've written when I send you the final application."

= Other Fundraising Efforts =
* More legal help from Cal Business LAw students. They want to attend the next Delegates Meeting to give a short workshop on Borad member legal responsibility/liability that they say is mostly reassurance. We should invite anyone who might be a delegate to come to at lease that portionof the meeting, maybe from 7-8pm.
* Update on Kiva app?
* Grantwriting team potentially maybe possibly emerging?
* Jenny attempting to organize collabazaars in the front space but no one of the 20+ people she's contacted has done anything to help :( - https://pad.riseup.net/p/collabazaar
