* RVC fiscal sponsorship finalized but not entered into book, need to add to QB
* Insurance: State Farm policy renewed for the 3rd quarter. Talked to John Tenuto and Danielle about brokering a new policy for us, inc building ownership. They want to see the original state farm application. Our SF agent finds it hard to do more than 1 thing at a time so Jenny waited until after insurance renewed until asking them for initial application.
* Western Fed account is reconciled, Bank of the West still has some reconciling to do. Ready to send to tax person.
* Subleases and fiscal sponsorship agreements: sublease for Agua Viva, Global Communications (new member) needs to decide membership structure, Jenny needs to sign ABDC FS agreement. Signed.
* Jenny sent another reminder to Stephaney to set up meeting 2 hours.
* Liberated lens wants to buy one of the copiers. Say they need to raise money. Have $4000 in the bank.
* GWS might be interested in opening a sub account.
* Marc got a Kill-a-wat. Phat Beets fridge averages about $38/month. Max said they might be willing to contribute $75 for utilities. Planning to buy LEDs for ballroom chandeliers.
** Matt: There is a minimum constant draw that they couldn't figure out what it is.
* Laura cutting back after August 21st

* Matt, Kambiz, Austin, Marcus are going to work on an OMni garage sale for the 1st weekend of August
* Jenny will send out sublease agreements for Agua Viva.
* Jenny and Laura will talk to Almaz about details of the GCS/YES FS or tenancy.
* Laura will update craigslist ad for copiers. Talk to Lib Lens about buying
