* Matt H from CCL is lending the $5K deposit to open escrow, should arrive wired to the Title Company's account by tomorrow morning
* The Dow is up!
* Jenny sent final authorization letter to Vanguard, should arrive tomorrow morning and we'll have our account info for online login by Thursday at the latest
* Should have full appraisal report by tomorrow \o/
* Re: insurance - State Farm sent incorrect loss run, Jenny sent spreadsheet with correct account #s
** They also want all of our financial data, board bios, etc - can be found in 1023 app
** DK - Can we talk to them about event venue insurance?
* Laura: Quote about sewer lateral incoming tomorrow

* Friday: Jesse files amended Articles w/ Secretary of State

* DK sent an email to Rainen foundation requesting discretionary funding for a CPA audit
