One insurer is asking for application for name change that they think we have to send to the IRS. Laura will send the form we sent to CA with other supporting documentation an give Jesse&#039;s contact for question.<br /> * Brian is still working on the end of year fundraising letter. Has an outline. Would like the opening para to be from someone about the Omni providing them something that they can&#039;t get anywhere else.
