** 2 versions - one w/ phone, one not. one w/out phone OK to leave out unsupervised given email is less private mode of contact. one w/ phone used in circumstances where signup is looked after/actively solicited, e.g. welcoming working group & large/staffed events
* "all the docs": turn into individual handouts/posters for having available conveniently at omni
