* Brian was unable to reach assessors office. Will try agsin tomorrow.
* Final cafe proposal was submitted just before the last delegates meeting. Laura will remind delegates to discuss with their collectives beofre the next meeting. We looked at the proposal.
** Brian - what if they are in the middle of buildout and the group falls apart with everything a mess? or they make abunch of changes and then can't open or flake when it comes time to pay rent?
** Getting security deposit up front, when lease is signed would help if lease is broken like this.
* Village proposal for fiscal sponsorship was approved by delegates. Jenny wrote a grant application form for them. Don't know if she got requested feedback from Jesse.
