* Brian: talked to assessor and they haven't even looked at our appllication yet and will take a long time. It went to another department. Woman he spoke with said she will look at it next month maybe.
So we do owe the property taxes as assessed. Brian will call again to confirm our understanding of the non-payment provisions, an to ask if nonpayment will affect our eligibility.

* Phat Beets still haven't given us checks for Oct, Nov, Dec. Laura sent email to Asia.

* Mary Ann: Someone Jose knows thru work suggested they could help us get large grants - should ask brewster if part of his donation could go toward an audit

* We have to schedule our annual meetings at which delegates will be renewed
** We should write out tasks for each of the officers
** Reduce OOC board to the minimum officers, different from OC.
** Will have meeting January 18th to send out notice of meeting 30 days in advance
