** We should in general have a process re: events that are not directly linked to either a nonprofit or Omni's mission and values. (jenny is going through the 2017 property tax exemption filing and, ow. Hard to sell anything where the funds go to an individual. It's pretty much the core problem the IRS could have with a nonprofit)
