Kitchen Meeting - 3/19/18 - 5-6pm

* Lighting fixtures: want surface mount, need to look at ceiling
* Plumber wanted to find out about corner of Phat Beets pantry where hot water heater used to be
** where they branch down from 3/4 to 1/2 - from there 3/4 is run into the kitchen

* Estimate from Alba Windows -
** suggested inserting a flange to hold the windows, but that would cut down on window size substantially
** concrete repair on that wall will be tricky

* Plumber: Wants to see the drain exposed, for us to decide about our dishwasher
** joe: going to ask tony about tearing up the concrete there

* Floor: Word from inspector Antonio Gohler: Altor Safety Grip, Protect All, and Eco Grip are the only 3 roll on floors that meet code besides tile and 1/4 epoxy.
** Joe got the company that just redid Natural Choice' floor: Polytech 707-745-2800.
** Natural Foods had 1400sqft done for $9500

Do we have enough of a crew?
* Joe: i'm worried. we need a crew
* phil: less work party. brief training at beginning of a task.
* joe: first we need to finish the plans. figure out water heater, floor, windows, dishwasher, lights, then we can draw the plans
** building the new walls is the easiest job and very satisfying
** do we have to make final decision re floor, or can we put two possible options

= Campaign =
* Phase I ($25K) should be enough for walls, floors, windows, plans & permits, some of the wiring

* Design Review Exemption from Betty Morris (DK)
* Measure ceiling height (Joe)
* Take out a window to see how it's attached
* pester dk (all)
* ask tony about concrete/floor by drain (joe)
