* BioHack event case study<br />

* Review contract to see that it says they need to take all their trash with them and need to put everything back in the room where it belongs<br />
* Make sure all expectations are clear and someone from a collective or working group has taken ownership to make sure everything happens<br />
* Avoid special considerations for member collective events<br />
* Julio and Laura will make some time to update the contract to clarify this and other redundant or extraneous information.<br />
* New guidelines: Events hosted by collectives should have a contract if they are more than their regular operations<br />
** CCL large events, large CSC events<br />
** Contract not needed for LL film nights (they are a project of the Omni)<br />
** If in doubt, ask the group before publishing an event<br />
* Feedback from CCL for us from their event: good to have a flowsheet for event permits. Michael will draft one and bring it to review and use. Sink behind bar was really disgusting. Deep cleaning needed.<br />

* Night of the Living Dead Revolutionaries: (Sat 10/27) BR PP? Laura emailed, but can't be there. Asked list if anyone can be. <br />
* The Basic Byebye Show (10/26) PP Laura: Offering Proposing $250 + another 250 after they get $1250, then 80/20 split of $15-25 donation notaflof = $3400 if 230 people donate average of $15 so we would get an additional $380 for a total of $880. No sound or lighting needed. They have agreed to this and Laura has to write contract.<br />
* Song for Mapuche (10/28) PP Joe; Going slow. Trying to get ABC permit. Still working on this.<br />
