**Update: Was not able to make this call. A little nervous about making this call. Will write up a list of talking points and send them out to group for review just to make sure.
*Task Brian: CAll other nonprofits I've worked with, ask if the new law effects their independant contractor bookkeepers.
**Update: Haven't beenable to find anything useful, but from separate research it doesn't look like this will effect the bookkeeper hiring.
* Laura: turn contractor hiring process draft and new member collective process into proposals and put on pad.
** Haven't done contractor proposal. New member collective proposals being discussed by delegates
*Task Brian and Dan (Maybe Jenny) going to CBOB and Beneficial to get information. Will talk to Needa afterwards (and Finance).
** Update: Brian and Dan went to banks and got info. Both could work. Dan has been talking with Needa to write governing documents for the village (Needed for bank establishment).
** Beneficial Just needs a letter of intent, and governing documents from the organization. Needa and Dan are working on finalizing these.
* Laura and Dan sent donor letters today to everyone from the Kitchen campaign who gave over $250.
** We need to figure out who made some large donations to the Village

** Still need to send letters to regular direct Omni donors
* Collective rents
** Phat Beets has begun paying rent again but still owes 4 back months
** GCEA had large event/fundraiser at end of september. Expecting payment for May, June, July, Sept, Oct
** GWS owes May and Sept
** LL owes Sept
** Sudo owes 11/17

*Brian - Write up list of talking points for talking to county assessors office about our non-payment of taxes. Send out list to group.
*Brian - Talk to Needa about stuff in omni basement. Do we want to discuss this at the landless people's alliance meeting? How do we get this stuff to people who need it most?
*Brian - send gofundme login information to Dan and Laura so that they can do village donor thank you letters.
