* Discussion about Uhuru support. Do more research, and talk over email thread. Respond by end of week?
* OEA has found other locations for strike school and Bread for ED.
* Talked about tax-exempt status based on the conversation with the county assessor. Waiting for input from assessor's office.

* Climate protest training - March 10 basement hall - Yar day of PP. Julio PP for paperwork, done
* Atma Connect Private Meeting - 3/13 2-4pm. PP Almaz, called, and emailed last week. No response. Wait one week, if not delete.
* Decriminalize Nature: Oakland - March 22 - Deciminalize Nature has submitted all insurance except waiver of Sub, which should be in any day.
* Microdosing Research and the Effects of a Self-Blinded Study - March 24 - PP: Julio, Lynn will be here to collect entry $ 3:30-4:30; Julio will come at 6pm to close.
* unsheltered support group - April 2 - Lynn They are all set, need confirmatoin of location (classroom vs ticket booth)
* PLACE for Sustainable Living – Code Compliance Fundraiser 4/26-27, DK wanted to take it, but didn't show up for a meeting. Julio will follow-up by Tuesday.
* State Green Party Meeting and Saturday Evening Event May 4-5, PP Lynn.
** they are seeing if they can afford standard rate of $100/hr daytime weekend -jenny 2/25
* Psychedelics, Psychosis, and Spiritual Awakening: A Harm Reduction Approach; BR 5/4 (was 3/16), PP: Julio (was Robb)
* New Economy Coalition Annual Member Meeting - Sept.4-6 PP Lynn. Looking at the building this week. Not Happening DELETED.
* Butchqueen Show (Name pending) - Sept.8, PP Katrina - as per email exchange 2/25 will talk more in mid march
* Transfigurations - Oct.12 - PP Julio, no one has followed up yet. Julio following up
* Premiere and Screening of CYCLES Web Series 3/24 BR 5pm-8pm - Julio will follow up, private party, prob will have alcohol
* Cooking Matters 4/19-5/24 Small Classroom 10am-12pm PP Joe-I showed Elsy the disco room and the electric hot plate we could lend them and am waiting to hear back from her. I will write her tonight.
* 2019 Nonprofit Democracy Network: Ballroom, 3/27-29, PP Jenny - met w/ Simon last week
** they've agreed to $3000 for the 3 days and are currently reviewing contract. may submit another request for an evening 'happy hour' event at the end of the conference, and thankfully they're fully aware of the ABC / SEP process
*** signing contract this week, then will send along invoice. ryan rising has offered to be day-of point person since he'll be attending and used to volunteer w/ commons. he's in contact w/ lynn -jenny 2/25
* The Skin Project: Living Entropy: 5/21-26 PP Joe, The Skin Project has all their insurance in and they have been invoiced. 1st payment of $1500 received.
* Momentum Training (disco room) 6/21-23, PP: Lynn, still discussing.
* Venceremos: EBASE 20th Anniversary BR 12/5 (was 6/27) 12pm-10pm PP Lynn They came and looked at the location, still waiting for final decision.

* OSWx second and fourth Sunday - disco room 3-7pm - until April 28 - PP Joe OSWx has two more Sundays in disco room. Julie will be submitting new request for April and May. I still need to invoice them when I can get into QB.
* BALPA Weekly Meeting: Entrance Hall, 1/18 - Laura all set up
* East Bay DSA monthly meetings: PP Julio. Feb-Mar contract signed and invoice paid. Apr in progress
* BAAM - PP Lynn All set, have paid. set
* Gurdjieff -PP Lynn Only problem with Sunday morning meeting is Saturday nites have to be cleaned up, satisfied .set
* East Bay Fusion (monthly) - PP Julio autopilot
* Saturday/Wednesday Private Meeting - PP Julio. caught up on billing
* Monday Private event (weekly except first Monday) - PP Julio. caught up on billing
* CDP (monthly) - PP Julio. catch up update billing
* Folksy Line (12/8): Event happened. They didn't sign contract or pay. Julio will ask them to finish these actions.
