Community Talent Show: Roberto 4.22: I spoke with the people from Tropical Knights and told them about the time restriction and they decided to propose a different event - a talent show - that fit within the omni's quiet hours requirements. I am in communication with them.

From Roberto: 4.22.Queer(y)ing into Jewish Diaspora: This will happen in the entrance hall from Sat 5/4 - Sat 5/11. Contracts are in, first half of the payment is done, the second half is awaiting: Lynn can you let me know when that is paid, thanks. I need to clear out the entrance hall for the event, if there is anything that belongs to anyone please remove, I'll most likely move anything that is there down to the basement. Also, would it be ok if I move the zine rack off to the side a bit? Since the event will be an exhibition we need to maximize the wall space. Lastly, this rental is an 8-day event, all from 6-10 except on 5/11 which is from 12-4, I'll try to be there most days, but if anyone can help me out with some days I would really appreciate it - let me know if anyone is available.
