* Community Talent Show: Roberto 4.22: I spoke with the people from Tropical Knights and told them about the time restriction and they decided to propose a different event - a talent show - that fit within the omni's quiet hours requirements. I am in communication with them.

From Roberto: 4.22.Queer(y)ing into Jewish Diaspora: This will happen in the entrance hall from Sat 5/4 - Sat 5/11. Contracts are in, first half of the payment is done, the second half is awaiting: Lynn can you let me know when that is paid, thanks. I need to clear out the entrance hall for the event, if there is anything that belongs to anyone please remove, I'll most likely move anything that is there down to the basement. Also, would it be ok if I move the zine rack off to the side a bit? Since the event will be an exhibition we need to maximize the wall space. Lastly, this rental is an 8-day event, all from 6-10 except on 5/11 which is from 12-4, I'll try to be there most days, but if anyone can help me out with some days I would really appreciate it - let me know if anyone is available.

* Reel Stories Boot Camp, June-July 2020, PP Lynn, proposal sent with specific amount. tour scheduled. Toured today, definitely want to book Omni but don't have exact dates yet. Will let Lynn know, do a contract, invoice a deposit. Lots of logistics. waiting for school district dates for next year
* Build your own northstar workshop - 4.22 promised to make a final decision and get back to us 4.23. Have chosen another location. Deleted 4.26

* OSWx second and fourth Sunday - disco room 3-7pm - until April 28 - PP Joe OSWx has two more Sundays in disco room. Julie will be submitting new request for April and May. I still need to invoice them when I can get into QB.
* BALPA Weekly Meeting: Friday eves, Entrance Hall, 1/18 - Laura, confirm if billing and calendaring is set up going forward
* BAAM - PP Lynn All set, have paid. set
* Gurdjieff -PP Lynn Only problem with Sunday morning meeting is Saturday nites have to be cleaned up, satisfied .set
* East Bay Fusion (monthly) - PP Julio autopilot, may want weekend long event in the future
* Saturday/Wednesday Private Meeting - PP Julio. new contract through May 2020. need to send invoice
* Monday TANC (weekly except first Monday) - PP Julio. caught up on billing
* CDP (monthly) - PP Julio. catch up update billing
* SPAZ First Fridays - jenny - Changed up to 3/16 ('twerk for mother earth' afterparty for the Empowering Women of Color conference) and 3/21 basement evening events last month - indicated on contract. 1/3 proceeds to sudoroom, 1/3 to artists/performers and 1/3 to a rotating charitable cause.
** January event raised $595 (soft opening), February event raised $1200, March events raised $2040.
** Rotating funds documentation: Refugee camp in Malta water filter (January), Oaklajara Project (February), Alignment festival and harm reduction group (March) -jenny 3/25
