* Draft Sudo Mesh lease (Laura) - draft awaiting consensus by Sudo Mesh - does it need to go through Delegates?

** Now on Sudo Mesh Loomio, should be ageed upon within a week. The can go to delegates.
* Yar - Tony the plumber came today and will send a bid on fixing the wheelchair bathroom, and removing cafe area pipes. She will submit a budget request.
* Laura - brought some Narcan (intranasal spray for opiod overdose) for the building (events etc) and intends to give an overview at the next delegate's meeting

= impending deadlines =
* RRF-1s due Wednesday for OC and OOC - jenny
* scheduling annual board meeting - for this summer - electing officers and officer-elects
** Laura, Jenny, and Robb brainstormed a list of potential candidates for the various positions
*** Laura has spoken to Marcus, Roberto, Dennis. The first 2 seem interested. Dennis less so but will think about it. She will speak to John T later tonight.
*** Phil is willing to stay as OOC President
*** Null is considering an elect position

= discussions =
* Cafe and new member collectives
** Michelle replied that they're working on a revised proposal
** Robb - Nina from Mandela hasn't gotten back to him yet,
** Robb - spoke to Max and PB doesn't have capacity to get involved with the cafe
** Jenny - will reach out to Arizmendi

* Commons, events, and prop tax exemption stuff
** Robb and Jenny brought up at Commons meeting tonight - discussed investing in a proper booking system
** do we really need to 'contaminate' any of the rooms? could declare that an event needs to be sponsored by a nonprofit OR apply for sponsorship through Omni
** also discussed a regular budgeting for event supplies (eg hot water heater) and building maintenance needs (eg fixing the ballroom bar, installing a water fountain)

* schedule a field trip to the assessor - Jenny
* inquire about the La Clinica parking lot - Laura
* submit RRF-1s - Jenny
