* Latin Saoco with Calmao 6/15 8pm-11:30pm Ballroom - PP ? - Lynn contacted them to let them know this is in conflict with an event. they will look around, per Lynn
* Rehearsals for "With This Ring" Mon and Wed between 6/24-8/15 6-8:30pm Ballroom - PP Robb. Robb's 2 emails to them bounced. Robb will call them to discuss rate of 10 to 15/hour, booked into entrance or disco but use ballroom if available.
* Come Relax With Us 6/28-7/20 Basement - PP Jenny
* Curtis Steckel (IWW training) 7/13-14 Small Classroom - PP ? - would have to be a bigger space. Roberto will talk to them
**Other ideas
* Robb will develop an AV equipment checkout list
* Discussed specific rental fee for AV equipment in contract
* Yar - when to clean out storage area = later this week when ballroom is not in use. we said ok
* Can there be a space on the request form for the actual requester? Need an addition to the form - who could do this? Will email Jenny/Yar.
* Will email Almaz notifying her that she needs to be present 1/meeting a month, with the date of the next meeting and also to be updating the group/pad with pending events she is pp.

* Bay Area Landless Peoples Alliance Weekly Meeting - move to recurring, Mondays, PP Robb. working on that, will do contract for new date, calendar and invoice.
* Califorians for Justice Organizers’ Retreat - Lynn, set for 30th in the disco room.
* BASTARD Series 2019: Rydra Wrong – Nothing and Infinity - 6/7 Entrance Hall PP Roberto - 50% split, Tues/Thurs lecture series. No response to email, text yet. Will wait to see if an answer received
* Making Your Place: An Embodied Exploration of Permaculture Principles - Roberto - Query re: cancellation - okay up to 14 days prior, Can't do it now, may get back later this year
* Bay Area Rapid Response Cooridnation 6/11 Disco Room - Joe - Disco Room all day - might lower offer to $200. Visited Disco room, still deciding
* Community Talent Showcase 7/20 Ballroom - Roberto - met with them last week. got changed from June 20-something to July 20th. 100 people. Discussed rates esp with selling alcohol. Roberto will convey issue/impact on omni in discussion with them. If they decide to sell alcohol, our rate will increase. Right now they are offering $200 plus split of profits which the WG decided is not enough if alcohol sales are involved.
* Berkeley Free Clinic 50 Anniversary Celebration 8/13 Ballroom - PP Joe - Lynn and Jenny can help day-of. unable to do it here.
* Butchqueen Show (Name pending) 9/8 Ballroom - Katrina PP
* 24th Bay Area Anarchist Book Fair 4/18/2020- PP Joe, working with Jen Angel - next year. they told Joe they would send him the insurance, then he will do contract and invoice.
* Reel Stories Boot Camp June 2020 - PP Lynn
* Wedding - Aug 2020 - Robb will contact them. The event will not be here
* “Sumud and Sunuk: A Critical Refugee Studies Celebration of Life and Survival” - Almaz & Yar Roberto will follow up with Almaz to see if contact was made.

==Recurring Events==
* SPAZ Second Saturdays for June, July and August - Jenny will double check calendar and pending requests for conflicts.\
* OSWX Wants to move from the basement - 2 Sundays/month. Joe will try the entrance hall while letting them know they would have to move if bigger event is interested.
* Capoeria continuing Tues and Thurs nights in the entrance hall, 8 pm thru June until their regular venue is finished renovations. Lynn told them on nights the ballroom is not in use, they can practice in there.
