* No officer nominations were presented by delegates at the meeting this past Thursday. Laura reiterated the importance of nominating people and reelecting officers.
* Laura hasn't heard back from LIly re La Ciinica parking lot. WIll ping.

= Discussion of OCUEJ/Phat Beets Member Collecitve and Rent Reduction Proposal =
* This was discussed at the delegates' meeting. No concerns or objections were expressed about lowering rent to $600 + $25 untilities
