= Updates =
* Yar met with a roofer today - unfortunately the area above disco room needs repair in the range of $10K ($7/sqft)
** He estimated 7 years before we'd start seeing serious leaks
* Yar getting another quote at the end of the week for solar
** will set up a meeting at People-Powered Solar Coop (ofice at SELC)

*Ways to raise money:
**Get more collectives and renters paying us regulalrly
**Crowdfunding
***Promote regular small donations to general fund on Patreon that we can use for whatever
***Have a more enticing and promoted donor portal on the website
***For next phase of crowdfunding campsing we should have significant progress to show what we did with funds form the first round.Without that people will be reluctant to give.
**Grants for capital improvements are rare. One potential way around this is to write grants for youth food justice project that needs a kitchen. I sent a grant like this to PB and offered to help write it over a year ago but they didn't follow up. I can try to find this again.
**Include extra money for major capital improvements in the refinance. In addtion to the ktichen, the building needs alot of other crucial work. By borrowing an extra 250-300,000 we could take care of a lot of them.
