== Kitchen Project ==
* Mary Ann: Where does the kitchen project stand right now? There's potential donors to support it given that it's a timely time for us to have a kitchen to prepare food for those in need
** Jenny: No bids yet, we do have some recommended contractors.
* possibility of getting a fire suppression system donated ($5K) by mary ann's son for kitchen if we pick him as a General Contractor
* might put in a bid if there's definite interest
* demand for this right now - pressure to turnaround response < 1 month
* jenny suggests Joe and Jim (our architect) as leads on this
