* Susan: Plan B - exploratory convo with EBprec to buy the building
** Silver: Last time EBprec visited delegates meeting (Nov 22?), they got a poor impressions. Open to re-exploring
*** Patrik: delegates should be briefed well in advance if they are coming, so people know to be on their best behavior

* Susan: bringing in more space for events and tenants; small amount of $ for repairs and beautification could go a long way. Outreach coordinator. Revamp website - progress? Need to get word out how great Omni is.

* Grants: both capital costs and programming

* John: reaching out to EBprec worth doing - raising $900+K by Decemebr challenging

* Silvia: Hoping to interview top candidates within a month, and get someone hired

= TANC membership proposal =
* Proposal to move into room that GWS and CSC were using - they have agreed to release that room

* Geraldo: BOGSS had concern about diversity in leadershio, would like to interview some rank and file BOGSS members
** Silver: would like to hold other collectives to that same standard, before we impose it on new groups
** Patrik: Reasonable request, would like to see this wrapped up in time for next delegates meeting
* Geraldo has contact info for Daniel and Carlos and will follow up
* Jacqi: I have to jump off- being that TANC has been in the building twice a month for a while I’d definitely support them coming in for the month and waiting on further getting to know each other as organizations if that feels good to everyone.

= Print Shop application =
* Daniel: About 15 members. Leadership = membership. About 1/3 overlaps w TANC, but separate organization. TANC pays as a 16th member of print shop
* Kai: may I ask what the rest of the print shop membership consists of?
** FTP, prison zine project, other small projects
* Daniel: No online presence. Bylaws currently being drafted. ANV room looks interesting, but takes time for consensus vote on print shop side.
