** Yes - Sarah forwarded Beneficial State Bank Receipt showing Closeout Withdrawal of $2,945.23 from Account ********5644. NOMA account still to be closed?
* Autopays for EBMUD and Waste Management still active?? Need to check with CALLI! Paige emailed Sarah
* Outstanding debts:
** Phil McDonald: $3050 ($1500 for first invoce, covering Nov 18 - Dec 29 2023)

* CALLI asked for list of designated individuals with building access until midnight, and emergency access with 24/7 access (up to 3 of each).
* As soon as there is access control on the door on 48th Street, members can be in the building until midnight as long as one of the Designated Individuals is present.

* planning to hand off the board to the fiscally sponsored groups
* CALLI asked that we decide to sponor CC by Oct 31. Not planning to meet because of the holiday
** todo ask for extension and ask that the fiscally sponsored groups take over the board so that they can be the ones to make the decision.
