Who volunteers to go check if there's mail for Omni right now? This agenda item is part of the meeting notes template.

== Omni bylaws change ==
* Jesse has standard self-selecting board drafted.
** 2 weeks from now - plan to vote whether or not to accept these bylaws as is.
* Who is willing to still be a board member? Need at least 3 total. Paige, John. Toan and Patrik wanting to step down.
** Fiscally sponsored: Free Store, LL, Sudo, SMAC, CiCi? (not yet)
* Patrik - willing to help out in the future with drafting language.
* typical nonprofits have quarterly reports and annual meetings for strategic decisions and official board votes. weekly/monthly meetings at the executive level to deal with day-to-day logistics
* John - governance of omni going forwards doesnt need to reflect the complexity of the last 10 years with all of these organizations that came through. Omni Commons nonprofit still has value.
* Patrik - I will share proposal for new bylaws next week

* Any update on Beneficial bank account to be closed?
** Paige visited Beneficial - bank said the account is already closed? Paige will follow up.
*** John: Bree still on account, but has moved on. Silver might be able to help? Free Store originally came out of NOMA.

* Are we ready to say how much we intend to pay our outstanding creditors from remainng funds?
* What percentage to charge from the fiscally sponsored projects? 5-10% standard
** Need new fiscal sponsorship docs signed.
** LL has been paying $100/month, Oakland Privacy is paying 10% ($2500/yr). NOMA fiscal sponsor agreement (covering Free Store now) lists $250/month (as rent). Sudo Room?

* Need new fiscal sponsorship agreements signed for all those orgs that do not list an administrative charge % - typically between 5-10%; 8% most common.
** Agreed to set administrative charge for fiscal sponsorship to 8%, with a lower bound of $50/month
*** Sarah charged Omni $427 to do taxes. CCL pays $400/yr in insurance. Latest bill from Jesse $577. Total yearly expenses probably add up to at least $2000/yr

== Building issues ==
* Room next to trash room will be reserved for communal storage - hand trucks, dollies, etc. Still deciding whether to keep tool room accessible.
* Mail room has been closed off, but Valerie is sorting mail on regular basis. Let V know if any important or time sensitive mail is on the way
* Roof repairs officially done. Need to document and report any leaks - covered by warranty
* Town fridge on 44th no longer there?

== Recycological ==
* Books - would like to get this nonprofit involved at Omni. Currently sponsored by Fractured Atlas.
** Patrik - would you like to rent space?
** Books - yes, still applying for grants but would like to know what that would look like.
** Patrik - landlord is CALLI, all leases are around $1/sq foot.
