== Fiscal Sponsorship Agreements ==

* Should we collect fiscal sponsorship 8% fees from when board resolution made? Or starting now?
** Patrik - I think sign as soon as possible.
** John - if SR has capacity to go retroactive, that would be great. LL has been contributing 100 for a while, and 2500 from the grant we've administered with OP has come in. I dont have strong feelings about retroactive or starting now
** William is SR paying for any nonprofit things now?
** Paige - no, neither has Free Store. Only LL and OP have been contributing. We agreed on 8% of income, with $50 minimum.
* Paige -SR has determination letter now. Confusing timeline - do we ask for backpay for months groups havent been paying? That requires more bookkeeping as well and we need volunteers for that.
* Patrik - you should inform all insurance groups we will not be covering SR in the future. I recommend skipping D&O

== Sudo Room ==
* Patrik - SR needs to have strict count of members. Now with their member voting bylaws.

== Finances ==
* $4585 in Omni Checking account
** Brignole - Deposit Premium Due of $2,372.75 (including professional liability which we will remove, so should cost slightly less)
* Patrik - I would just show them the document we have.
* Need to move SMAC and SR funds out of Unify

== Trees ==
* Patrik - not in good health, not historically accurate, and provide pathway to roof for rodents
* Paige - not the ones planted in the beginning?
* Patrik - planted to be ornamental, not as high as they are.
