• Jenny: onboarding process for new members; omni governance structure (challenging representative democracy); making tools & tech accessible
• Margit: Space for differing voices - one meeting a month open to the public
  • Public meetings: agenda set by the public
  • Delegate meetings: agenda set by the delegates
• Feedback from last week's meeting:

   ** Guilt over making things more difficult for those who really wanted to get things done
   ** But it's important to challenge what has become a rather stressful meeting culture
   ** Also important to distribute the responsibility
   *** Ongoing ToDos list to better distribute tasks

• "If our culture's going to get ossified, it should be one of love and forgiveness and empathy."
