Open movement time for the Omni community, facilitated by OMNIdance.
We will facilitate the following structure :
Quiet -- personal reflective time in silence Warming Up -- in your own space Open Space -- watching or dancing in the space altogether A few minutes for writing at the end
Some things of note:
- Please arrive on time or a few minutes early if you can.
- The floor is thick plastic with some rough/sharp spots, but is pretty bouncy & good for dancing on.
Open movement is a space for all, no dance background necessary. We hope that you can join us!
