- everybody's uncomfortable. omni hasn't been intentional. people hanging out. lots of cis white dudes being racist and stuff. no accountability or responsibility.
- lots of regulars left for the holiday
- being a gentrifier vs creating a safe space for ourselves - unchecked suspicion for people who've been around the neighborhood for decades.
- bureaucracy of omni is alien to people. should we abandon our paradigm for organizing?
- solidarity with #blacklivesmatter
- catalyst project event
- stopped taking notes for a half hour, oops
- being firm with people vs being aggressive. let people know how we really feel. all the time. don't want to alienate awesome people who are just misguided. but don't want to alienate ourselves either.
- dedicate time at another delegates' meeting?
- don't let a single group of privileged people form without walking up and asking "how come your group is so disproportionate?"
- lots of conversation missed
