  • KEn is working as a volunteer with the BID on anything art related in the distric. IF any of the collectives want to do any kind of exhibit or hands on activity, Shifre will work withus to get us a prime location for a booth for free for the Temescal STreet Fair on June 11th. Ken is planning to bring BAAM to show how to grow your own mushrooms. People dont go off Temescal suring the fair so not a good idea to open omni. Might collab with ABDC to make t-shirts. Unclear if we can sell stuff. RObb is suggesting we have live music/party that starts as the fair ends for a fund raiser.

Bans

  • Add to list of people asked to leave
  • Daily Swa Laurel is temporarily banned, pending a permanent ban via consensus, due to threats of violence towards members
    • He has not been officially banned but will be added to the banlist soon.
    • He is not believed to currently be in the U.S. so we will add to the banlist after official ban at the next sudo room meeting on Wednesday.

^^ this was added by juul though juul was not the one threatened

Working Group Report-Backs

Meetings: Mondays at 8pm

  • Laura: work happening on the front door. In general need a core of people who assess what needs to be done, makes a time line and budget for 5-10 years (long and short term).
  • Joe Roof needs to be looked over and repaired by Vince, if we have money to pay
    • Joe will you please call VInce.≈

Joe Will do.

    • Rob: he was working on the leaks in the roof, started by putting plastic on the area near the lights, which seems to be the source of the leaks. But they flap around in the wind, leaks are intermittent.
    • Ken there was also a huge leak in the lobby. There was also one in the basement.
    • Rob thinks roof should be a priority to get windows, save our floor and skylights. Also basement leak - Middle room off old library room in the basement also has leaks. .

Joe I agree and will develop a plan with Vince and anyone else interested. Ken an Robb are interested in helping develop a long term building plan Joe; I will inform Ken and Robb of Vince's appointment.

    • Ken will go on the roof and see what the problem is. Also and has a proposal for how to get rid of pigeons.
