aside from measures like an inter-omni signal group, what are things we could do to promote solidarity and commuication throughought omni's collective & w/ folks who assemble in the commons but are not in collectives or working groups?
- w/ respect to opposition to police entering builidng
  - signage on inside & outside door that makes clear "no pigs" (not necessairly those words exactly, lol)
  - having the welcoming committee folx be trained on this stuff

follow up on signup sheet: print, pair w/ clipboard w/ elevator pitch stuck to back, check in w/ commons to have big events know about! - DONE by jenny & julian 4/3
- 2 versions - one w/ phone, one not. one w/out phone OK to leave out unsupervised given email is less private mode of contact. one w/ phone used in circumstances where signup is looked after/actively solicited, e.g. welcoming working group & large/staffed events
"all the docs": turn into individual handouts/posters for having available conveniently at omni
