- Brian re property tax bill: All based on last assessment. We should just go ahead and pay it. Brian didn't ask about when the supplemental asessment would come. Re: Property tax exemption is still worth applying for this period and $250is the max we can be charged.
- Laura hasn't heard back on the GL insurance. Will ping Traci this week.
- Julio and Laura are meeting w Phat Beets Max on Thursday to discuss various stuff including new lease, Needed documents (see below), missing checks (Dec, Jan)
- Laura told Angi Spector that we werent' interested in fiscally spnsoring any additional projects at this time.
