- We agreed to include in the contract a (prominent) requirement for the person signing the contract to be present and in charge during the entire event.

- We should in general have a process re: events that are not directly linked to either a nonprofit or Omni's mission and values. (jenny is going through the 2017 property tax exemption filing and, ow. Hard to sell anything where the funds go to an individual. It's pretty much the core problem the IRS could have with a nonprofit)

- various Prom/Wedding events .. PP Laura. JUne wedding deleted. August prom wedding, 2 dates held, will finalize date around end of February. Bride interested in fundraising for Omni/kitchen in addition to paying for space. I, laura, think she is being overly ambitious about the party.
