Updates

  • Laura sent new lease draft to Sin Fronteras. They are reviewing.
  • Donation of 86 laptops received (roughly $60,000 in kind value). Dont have hard drives or power supplies. Jenny, Robb, and Daniel are inventorying, finding protential recipients, and looking for low cost parts.
  • Follow up meeting with Village and the City on Wednesday. Jenny will attend, maybe Brian.
  • Kitchen campaign thank yous in process
  • Omni was billed for the new door to SUDO/CCL. Mario from CCL hire a contractor and told him to bill Omni. Jenny will tell Mario he did not follow the budget request provedure and that he will be respinsible for it, and write to the contractor to tell him to bill Mario.
  • Jenny finished and sent in the property tax exemption app
  • Laura reviewed the subleases FS agreements for member collectives and they almost all need to be renewed. none had the 3% annual increase.
