- Freestyle Soccer: Hasn't paid for April. Laura will check in with them, re-sent invoice.
- Bahiya Group: PP Lynn, contract signed, paying invoices before each session. Here through March.
Event Security
- Formerly called Nick Crisis at Classy Prom/Security Issues
- Julio talked with Jeff from IWW General Defence Committee about suggestions for doing security. He will
invite him to the May 14th commons meeting.
- Could also do basic first aid training, but most commons people
don't need it. Better to offer to the whole omni community. Julio will talk to Jeff about how to move forward
- Will also help out with CSC event June 9
- Julio will reach out to Tur-Ha CRC to see if they would be willing to do paid security for events in our space
- Katrina reserached alternatives to 911
Member Collective event procedure
- Procedure was presented to the delegates as the new policy.
- All events booked by Omni Members need to comply with all the policies on Member Collective Events previuosly shared. If members are planning events, they need to book it through the regular booking process.
- Lynn will send something to consensus.
