Discussion Items
- User access proposal:
- In order to be a point person for events, you must come to one meeting per month.
- If you miss two meetings, you can't be a point person for any new events until you come to another meeting.
- When a request comes in via email from the form. If you want to be the PP, email the working group by replying all to say you want it, or claim it in a meeting.
- If you want to attend a meeting remotely, it is up to you to set it up. It should be communicated ahead of time that you want to do this.
- You must specify a way to be contacted if there is a scheduling conflict or other urgent question. You must be responsive via this method within 48 hours.

- Other best practices:
- When you communicate about an event, keep the same title from the request or calendar entry as the RE.
- When you tell someone to make a request who you want to work with, ask them to say they have already spoken to you in their request.
- Events that have paid, signed contract, and fulfilled other essential elements of contract, should be published ASAP
- Communicate questions about price, insurance, security, if the requestor has interacted with Omni before.

- We think that fixing the Disco Room floor is our priority

- 12 Step (11/03) Julio will reach out; they have resolved their situation and no longer need space. DELETED.
