- Jenny: Fictitious Biz Names filed for 'Omni Commons' and 'Omni Oakland Commons'
- Jenny: Have signed fiscal sponsorship agreements for Sudo Mesh, GWS, Birdhouse - still tweaking the agreements for Liberated Lens, Real Vegan Cheese, and BAPS
- Switch over BAPS bank account to an omni sub-account
- Laura: Received loan application from Beneficial, worried that they'll require an audit
- Mary Ann: Accounting/Quickbook classes available at Berkeley Adult School - cheap
Action Items
- Fiscal Sponsorship Agreements and Sublease Agreements signed by next Monday
- FSAs remaining: LibLens, RVC, BAPS [Jenny]
- Subleases: Sudo, CCL, Phat Beets, FNB, CSC, TIL [jenny / laura]
