• we have $54,530 in unrestricted funds
  • lengthy discussion of new rooms proposal

dump invoices

• sarah sent invoice from Safer DIY for all the dump run labor and dump fees since October 2021 (when we last settled up)
• also possibly need to reimburse DIY for the locksmith (fixing front door), fixing door to trash room, and hvac company fixing thermostat

payment methods

how people pay us -- can we improve this? set up venmo, square, etc? deferred to another day

paperwork for new collectives having space at Omni? deferred
