Summary

  • Sudo Room is still in process of moving away from Omni Commons 501c3 over to its own 501c3
    • Opened its own bank account on 8/8. Still needs to get its own insurance plan and sign new lease
    • Sudo Room is asked to pay fiscal sponsorship fees (8% total receipts) to Omni nonprofit for June, July, and August (assuming SR starts doing business as its new nonprofit on Sep 1st)
  • SMAC sub-account still needs to be closed
  • John is reaching out to potential new board members and officer
