- write short & long descriptions
- Should administrator get notices of subscribes and unsubscribes? if you want!
- conceal members' addresses by default
privacy
- who can view subscription list? admin only

- you can make it not "advertised", i.e. it doesn't show up on the public list of lists
- What steps are required for subscription? Confirm and approve.
