Discussion

• Is the stove possible to grandfather in & keep, or do we actually need a new stove?
• Furnace room bordering FNB dry pantry and vent up high next to the stairs have been rodent-proofed (tx yar, rafael, hol & robb!)
• Anka: Can we catch the rats and sell them for snake food?

Suggestions:

• Omni Oakland Commons, not Oakland Omni Commons
• ABDC - not women's but feminist collective
• Maybe add TURFinc or Capoeria clip when discussing ballroom
• Lower the ambient noise
• Have several folks do parts of the narration

Timeline

• Sep 20th - record Fermentation Station
• Sep 23rd - record Chiapas & BAAM (robb)
• Sep 25th - 7pm - next meeting - go over script and break it up
• Oct 1st - record narration with Gerald, Joe, & Habiba
• Have video ready by October 15th?
• Nov 3rd for launch party?
  • Decide once we book a music act.

Action Items

• Send more ballroom clips to anka & toan (jenny)
• Take some video of CCL - esp Fermentation Station (Wednesdays) and Bay Area Applied Mycology (saturday workshop) - (robb)
• Redo the audio with Gerald & Joe narrating - film them speaking (anka)
• Ask Habiba if she will join the narrator ensemble - robb done, she sez yes
• Ask Mary Ann about the band that played at CompArte (jenny)
• Review / edit budget - everyone
• Check in with our IndieGoGo contact (jenny)
