Omni "Building" working group meeting - Monday August 24, 2015

south wall
- joe worked all day installing outlets along railing posts. hard getting new pipes to same length as old pipes. boxes will have to move.
- matt & joe will talk about whether we need boxes
- wants to get inspected this week, start sheetrocking friday or saturday
- joe doing FNB stuff until 11, then will work on boxes. andrew can help
- fans in the ballroom were on all night. two broken - rob turned them off at the pullswitch
work day report back
- matt was sorting electrical components the whole time
- laura was sorting food the whole time
- we hung some doors, fixed some vents on the roof
- not enough people were ready to intake volunteers
reimbursements
- yar: our lawyer informed us that under our lease, any reimbursement rent credit gets added to the building's purchase price. So there is NO point in stressing ourselves out trying to rush that in before buying.
front room security deposit
- yar: Can the building WG give informed input to this question?
