- No officer nominations were presented by delegates at the meeting this past Thursday. Laura reiterated the importance of nominating people and reelecting officers.
- Laura hasn't heard back from LIly re La Ciinica parking lot. WIll ping.

Discussion of OCUEJ/Phat Beets Member Collecitve and Rent Reduction Proposal
- This was discussed at the delegates' meeting. No concerns or objections were expressed about lowering rent to $600 + $25 untilities
- Mylan to send us their insurance certificate, financial docs, names and contact info for board members.
