Commons Working Group Weekly Meeting - Month ##, 2015
- For information about our booking / calendar systems, point person guide, rental policies and cleaning guides, waivers and contracts, and mailing list, please visit https://omnicommons.org/wiki/Commons_Working_Group
- POINT PEOPLE/RESPONSIBILIBUDDIES: Remember to follow up with event requesters asap after the meeting, publish events you're PP'ing to the calendar, arrange to sign a contract and receive a deposit and copy of insurance (if req'd), coordinate A/V and setup for day of event (if req'd), and send a notice to finance@omnicommons.org when depositing any cash or checks at the Bank of the West on 51st & Telegraph.
