Research
- Research other, similar projects to ours and how they're structured.
Communications
- Create flyers, handouts, and invitations to monthly potlucks to distribute door-to-door in the neighborhood.
- Contribute content (verbage, images) to add to the website: http://oomni.github.io
- Disseminate twitter password to more people involved
- Create farcebook page & make several folks admins
Governance
- Each collective should review the Bylaws!
- What kinds of Decisions does the Omni Collective make and how do we make them?
- What potential Challenges are we going to need to overcome?
Building
- Replace electrical panels.
- Install fire alarms throughout building.
- Write an emergency evacuation plan
- Install smoke detectors in every room
